3.1st Level/2nd Level ERP system User Support Experiences [Preferable].

4.System Implementation Project/IT Project Management Skills.

5.Good collaboration, presentation and communication skills.

6.SQL command, Reporting Experience e.g. Crystal Report, Access.

7.Able to communicate in English.

8.People Management Skills (Users/Vendors/Team).

9.Excel Macro/ Formular is advantage.

10.O365 Solutions, MS Offices Skills.

11.Software/App Coding Skills (Optional).

1.Mainly Responsible is to support the team for SWIVEL ERP system implementation for users in Asia Region to be consistency and sustainability.
2.Oversees the 1st Level support users for the SWIVEL ERP system among Asia Region including before/after working hours and Saturday, Sunday (in some urgent case) when there is any question or trouble with cooperating with the vendor to have the maximum system stability and efficiency.
3.Responsible and take care for the Master Data in SWIVEL system e.g. Customer/Vendor/Agent, Charge Code, User Master etc., to have the same standard in the region including the data completeness to be able to utilize efficiently as per the business requirements.
4.Having ability to create/adjust the reports in SWIVEL ERP system regarding to the user request.
5.Be able to take care the assigned tasks with efficiency result and could work best under the pressured situation.
