1.Degree in Law.

2.Having Experience in legal field in law firm or legal department at limited company or government official approximately 3-5 years.

3.Having Lawyer License or Notatial Service Attorney Certificates are added advantage.

4.Having experience to civil litigation at least 2 year.

5.Having experience to review and draft commericial contract at least 2 years.

6.Ability to work in a cross functional and team environment.

7.Having experience to translate contract or documents.

8.Ability to identify and analyze contract issue/problems and comment/suggest and implement solutions.

9.Strong leadership and time management skill.

10.English skill (Good command of read, written and spoken in English) is a must.

1.Prepare & Provide contracts, agreements, MOUs and other legal documents in English and Thai languages including participating in contract negotiation.
2.Amend contract, agreement, MOU and other documents in English and Thai languages including participating in contract negotiation.
3.Manage and identify legal and commercial risks of all required contracts/agreements.
4.Corresponding with public or private authorities or government official and/or other related parties on the legal issues.
5.Providing legal advice on issues and operations relating to the Company’s business activities.
6.Research on regulations and laws newly enacted or announced in Thailand which are relevant to business of the Company.
7.To be consultant or adviser to their subrodinate wherther legal or risk point or any operation practice.
8.Control & Conduct the procedure of contract to apply with the law or business objectives, company business's rule & regulation or company's compliance.
9.Give legal opinion to commander, management or company.
10.Issue official legal opinion and include daily, monthly, annual report to commander, management or company.
11.Do others job assignment effectively.
