Job Description

1.1 Prepare for detailed business plan of the responsible work group in complying with business plan and objectives of the department or section
1.2 Monitor and control  daily operation of the team to accomplish  the assignment successfully
1.3 Report  daily/weekly planned performance to the superior for his/her acknowledgement
1.4 Coordinating with related parties to solve the problems of responsible tasks
1.5 Make decision within the scope of responsibilites specified in Authorisation Manual
1.6 Co-ordinate with customer for more details and privilate for provide the data to EDI team.
1.7 Receive the Pre-alert from oversea or customer by e-mail.
1.8 Re-check shipping document 
1.9 Re-check draft of import entry for special list checking.
1.10 Co-ordinate to concern person such as liner company, agent, accounting dept., customer, messenger,  transportation company, Insurance company and etc.
1.11Request all expenses to accounting dept. such as D/O, Duty, Customs fee and etc.
1.12 Co-ordinate with liner company in order to request the expense for releasing D/O and also provide official letter for releasing D/O with liner company.
1.13 Provide some document for messenger to receive document with liner company or agent.
1.14 Provide some document for shipping team for customs clearance process.
1.15 Provide booking document to transportation company for receiving the cargo at port.
1.16 Inform delivery status to customer.
1.17 Summarize shipping document such as invoice, receipt to billing team.
1.18 Provide monthly report.
1.19 Provide draft of import entry for customer confirmation and also send final Import entry to customer.
1.20 Store(scan) shipping document into DMS system.
1.21 Import duty refund process for customer.
1.22 In case of damaged cargo, it must sovle the problem and co-ordinate to concern person
1.23 Summarize problem and the impacts from error or the careful to staff and all concern.
